not sure what the problem is linking this but with a bit of googlefu his name, the title, and pdf and you should have access to it, if someone knows how to offer a working link pls let me know.

yeah thanks bit bizarre about the pdf, just met with those folks here in Iowa City interesting attempt I think if they were less taken with the tube map theme it would work better but I appreciate the willingness to experiment.
