Thanks for posting this! I just found his 2003 essay on this same topic a few weeks ago, and it helped me get over a dissertation hurdle. I also especially recommened his and Nathan Jun’s chapters in the Deleuze and Ethics volume.
Excellent, bookmarked. I was at the Deleuze/Foucault conference at Purdue back in November and heard them both speak. Not sure if they have videos up yet but there were some great papers: Jason Read, Thomas Nail, et al.
