there is a kind of turning point when one comes to start to understand complexity/emergence/process/context/environs but really no easy answers in most social/political cases as to what factors/interests to attend to, or even how to attend to them. Adding more factors often just makes for noise/confusion as does including more actors, so where to start?
My general sense is that we need to take these matters on case by case.
