whenever we have one of these much publicized acts of violence there is always the inevitable (and lamentable) trotting out of public health professionals in the media to share lists of “warning” signs, what they never mention is that there are millions of people struggling daily with such “symptoms”, no one wants to know that this isn’t easily managed and more importantly for too many of us there really isn’t substantial help yet invented, we do not have a handle on these very complex matters and please don’t let them tell/sell you otherwise. Lots of work to be done folks so please pitch in as you can people are dying out there.
